Children (6) years of age and under must be supervised by an adult within arm’s reach at all times and wear a properly fitting United States Coast Guard-approved Type II or Type III life jacket. A 10-minute pool break will be conducted every 90 minutes. Patrons will be asked to exit the water at this time.

Sensory Splash Hours Return

Sensory Splash Hours return to El Paso Water Parks this June and July, offering a calm, sensory-friendly experience for families and guests with sensory sensitivities.

Every Monday through Thursday from 11 AM to 12 PM, participating parks will provide a quieter, more comfortable environment with limited attendance and sensory accommodations designed to help everyone feel safe, supported, and included.

During Sensory Splash Hours, we:

  • Turn off park music
  • Pause the splash bucket bell
  • Limit attendance to 100 guests
  • Offer noise-canceling headphones (ID/DL required)
  • Provide sensory-friendly activities and fidget items
