Locations & Admissions
Is parking available?

All water parks offer free parking!

Can I come back in if I need to leave the park?

Of course you can! Guests may exit the park and re-enter the same park throughout the day. Upon exiting, guests must have their hand stamped by security for re-entry into the park.

If I’m not swimming, do I still need a ticket?

El Paso Water Parks are participation facilities. All guests wishing to enter a park must have a ticket. Tickets can be purchased online or at the park. So go ahead, bring your swimsuit and join in on the fun!

Can I purchase a ticket for just an hour?

Our admission tickets are good for the entire day. We do not offer hourly passes, but you can purchase our “Twilight tickets” that are good starting at 3:00 pm until the park closes at 6:00 pm.

What if I lose my season pass?

We can reprint one for a small fee.

What is your refund policy?

Admission Tickets and Season Passes to El Paso Water Parks are non-refundable. All Season Passes and Admission Tickets expire at the end of the season for which they were purchased/issued. El Paso Water Parks is not responsible for any lost or stolen Season Passes or Admission Tickets.

If the park closes due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances?

The safety of our guests and staff is a priority for us! This is why in the event of inclement weather, we will ask guests to exit the swimming pools and attractions.

In the event that the park closes due to uncontrollable circumstances more than 2 hours prior to scheduled closing time, your ticket will be reactivated and valid for use anytime during the current season.

What is the max capacity of the water parks?

Each one of our Water Parks can accommodate a different number of people:

  • Camp Cohen - Up to 1,460 people
  • Oasis - Up to 1,123 people
  • Lost Kingdom - Up to 1,200 people
  • Chapoteo - Up to 980 people
Do water attractions have height and weight restrictions?

Yes. For everyone’s safety, guests must be 48 inches or taller to ride the slides or scale the climbing walls. Guests must weigh less than 250 pounds to ride the slides or scale the climbing walls.

Are the water parks ADA compliant?

El Paso Water Parks is proud to provide guests of all abilities with a memorable experience. From accessible parking to zero-depth entry pools to ADA compliant facilities, our water parks accommodate everyone regardless of abilities. Guests with restricted mobility will have like experiences or viewing access to all attractions.

Do you provide tubes for the slides and lazy rivers?

Our swimming pools and attractions do not require tubes. However, we do provide vest life-jackets for use in the Lazy River.

Do you provide life jackets?

Yes. US Coast Guard Approved life jackets are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and located in the life jacket storage area in the water park. Please be kind and return any unused life jacket to the storage area for other guests to enjoy. You may also bring your own U.S. Coast Guard-approved life jacket.

Can I bring my own tube or flotation device?

Arm floaties, Pool noodles, rafts and large tubes are not allowed. Only U.S. Coast Guard-approved life jackets are allowed in the water parks.

Do the water parks have changing rooms?

Yes. All El Paso Water Parks have separate male and female changing rooms, and a family changing room.

Do the water parks have baby-changing facilities?

Yes. Baby-changing stations are available in the female, male and family restrooms.

Do the water parks have lockers and how much are they?

Yes. Keyless lockers to store valuable property are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Locker rentals are priced at a reasonable fee per day and accept cash, debit, or credit cards.

Can I buy sunscreen or other amenities on site?

Visit our El Paso Water Parks on-site store to purchase sunscreen, swim diapers, other amenities and souvenirs.

Is wifi available?

Yes! Free Digital El Paso WIFI is available at all our water parks.

Food & Drink
Can we bring outside food?

All El Paso Water Parks now offer a new “cooler pass” which can be purchased for $25 and allows all park guests to bring in food and drinks* to any of our 4 parks!

No glass or alcohol will be permitted. All coolers must be no larger than 48qt, should be able to close fully and are subject to be checked by water parks staff upon entrance.

Are coolers allowed?

All El Paso Water Parks now offer a new “cooler pass” which can be purchased for $25 and allows all park guests to bring in food and drinks* to any of our 4 parks!

Can I bring a reusable water bottle?

Yes! An empty, non-glass, reusable water bottle is allowed (1 per guest) inside the park for water fills.

Cooler passes are available for purchase at the front entrance of any of the four water parks. Please check in with staff when you arrive.

General Water Park Rules
Is swim attire required?

El Paso Water Parks is a family-friendly environment. Appropriate swimwear must be worn to enjoy our swimming pools and attractions. Water park staff reserves the right to determine whether swimwear is appropriate. Inappropriate attire such as non-swimming shorts or shirts, sportswear, denim, underwear, transparent clothing or thongs, or cotton leggings/leotards may not be substituted for swimwear.

Does my infant or toddler need a swim diaper?

Yes. Diaper-wearing children can enjoy our swim areas by wearing swim diapers. Swim diapers are available for purchase at our retail store.

Is diving allowed at the pools?

No. For everyone’s safety, Jumping or Diving is not allowed at any of the pools, pool areas, attractions or features. Jumping or Diving is not allowed at any of the pools within the water parks.

Are swim toys allowed?

Swim toys are not allowed inside the park. Including, but not limited to, water guns, pool noodles, rafts and large tubes.

Are pets or service animals allowed at the water parks?

El Paso Water Parks welcome guests and their service animals. Pets of any kind are not allowed.

Is smoking allowed at the water parks?

Smoking of tobacco products and electronic cigarettes is not allowed.

Can I wear jewelry inside the pools and other park attractions?

For everyone’s safety, we recommend that jewelry not be worn in the pools, slides or other water attractions.

What is not allowed inside the parks?

Umbrellas, lawn chairs, portable grills are not allowed inside the parks.

What type of payment do you accept in the parks?

Please note, all parks are going cashless! We accept all major credit & debit cards, as well as mobile tap to pay.
